This monthly rental apartment, in the Sant Antoni neighborhood of El Eixample, offers an ideal distribution for shared stays or groups of professionals. The living room, cozy and functional, has a sofa, TV and dining table. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, dryer, two microwaves and a variety of utensils that allow you to cook comfortably from the first day. It has a practical and well organized laundry area.
The sleeping area consists of five bedrooms. The suite room has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. There are three additional double rooms: two of them are exterior, with two single beds each, and spacious closets. One of them has a washbasin inside the room, a very practical extra.
The third double room is spacious and has a closet. The fifth bedroom is single and practical. In total, the apartment has three bathrooms, all with shower, which guarantees privacy and comfort for all occupants.
