This 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Carrer d’Hostafrancs de Sió is located near Plaça d'Espanya and is a perfect apartment for three people to share. There space is cozy and storage is limited, but you have everything you need to settle in. The kitchen is equipped and well lit, and has a washing machine, gas stove and oven. You can relax with friends in the cozy living room, and share a meal or play a game of cards at the dining table in the same space. What’s great about this apartment is the balcony, where you can put out a couple of chairs and have a glass of wine during warm summer months.
Sants neighborhood is most famous for Montjuic. Getting there on foot will be a 3.3km uphill battle, but if you’re feeling fit, it’s a beautiful trek. Otherwise you can take the metro and be there in a half an hour. Of course, there is a lot going on that is much closer to your apartment. The Magic Fountain offers an awesome light and music show, and in nearby Poble Espanyol, you can find unique arts and craft shops, take in live music, or even a Flamenco show! Also, don’t forget the Spain Industrial Park. It’s 11-minutes away and here you can enjoy a manmade lake, play basketball or bring along your skateboard and show off your skills.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is small, but has everything you need and the balcony is a big bonus.
- You won’t see all that Barcelona has to offer in this neighborhood, but you will see a lot since some of the city’s most famous tourist sights are here.
- Supermarkets, restaurants and cinemas are all within a 10-minute walk.
- Public transportation is easily accessible from here, so you’ll have no problem getting to other parts of the city in no time.
