Spotahome's opinion

This light 3-bedroom apartment is very welcoming and cool. There are air conditioning units throughout the apartment and windows onto the street that let in plenty of light to the living area. This apartment has been recently renovated and you'll find all modern furnishings in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove and oven as well as all the utensils you need for cooking. The living room features a large flat screen TV and comfy sofa, perfect for relaxing on after a hard day at work. All 3 bedrooms contain wardrobes and storage space besides the super comfy beds.

Carrer de Castelao is a bustling street in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat neighbourhood. There is a free parking lot one street over and you'll find plenty of public transport and several Metro stations within a 15-minute walk of the apartment. On this street you'll find mostly residential buildings but also a few stores including a computer store, pharmacy and vets. The nearest supermarket is a Mercadona on Av. de Carrilet, a 5-minute walk from the apartment. For a bite to eat try Llesqueria Matagana on Carrer del General Prim.

What we liked the most

  • The bedrooms are furnished in cool grey colours and have plenty of space to store all your belongings.
  • In the living room you can dine with friends at the table or chill out on the couch, catching up with your favourite TV shows.
  • The kitchen is very new - you can still see the sticker inside the freezer!
  • This apartment is perfect for professionals looking for a modern apartment.

    Landlord policies

      • Each tenant in the contract will receive one set of keys. Anyone who is not in the contract will not receive keys of the apartment
    • Payment:
      • You have 3 options to pay the balance:
      • Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm)
      • Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments)
      • Bank transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day
    • Check-out cleaning fee (this cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay):16€ per hour + VAT and laundry 30€ + VAT per hour.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
    Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
    If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
