This monthly rental apartment is located in the district of Ciutat Vella, one of the most authentic and dynamic areas of Barcelona.

The living room is furnished with sofa, TV and has direct access to a large terrace of 15m2 with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in the city. The integrated kitchen has a large storage capacity, ideal for day to day living. Nearby is a practical laundry area, next to one of the bathrooms with shower of this house.

The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, both equipped with TV and closets, offering comfort and privacy, as well as access to the terrace. Finally, there is an extra bathroom with shower, which adds functionality and comfort.
