Located between Plaça Espanya and Plaça Catalunya, this apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathrooms, a stunning living room, balcony, and a spacious kitchen. You will find a mix of tiled and hardwood floors along with modern style furniture and little details spread throughout the apartment like candles and curtains for extra privacy in the kitchen or the closets. The living room is beautifully decorated with an exquisite ceiling mold with extra lighting and the sofa converts into a sofa bed for any guests you may have. You'll find everything else you need from a flat screen TV and a dining table and chairs in the living room to an oven in the kitchen plus extras like a kettle and an induction cooking surface. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, lovely decorations and has extra storage space. This apartment is perfect for professionals, students or a young couple who is looking to live in the beautiful city of Barcelona.

This property located on Carrer de la Diputació is situated north of the city center but it is a well-connected area of Barcelona. It's in a unique and lovely part of the neighborhood as the Jardins d'Emma de Barcelona are located right behind the building. There are still plenty of pharmacies, banks, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants around, including a Mercadona, which is a 3-minute walk away. Many different options for dining and cocktails are available just in your area, like Napoletani DOC which is right around the corner and specializes in Italian cuisine and farther down the street, Night Barcelona, to enjoy drinks with friends. If you are looking to work or study at the Universitat de Barcelona, this would be the ideal location for you.

What we liked the most

  • This is a very well-connected neighborhood of Barcelona that is not too far from the city center and the beaches.
  • Barcelona Sants train station is a couple of metro stops away if you need to commute outside of Barcelona or want to visit other Spanish cities.
  • You'll also love the heated towel rack located inside the bathroom - perfect for chilly mornings in the winter!
  • The compact but cute balcony is accessible from the living room and faces the street. It's the perfect place to enjoy a nice glass of wine or a weekend breakfast.
  • Stay cool in the summer- there's A/C here.

Things to keep in mind

  • The weekly cleaning service will last 2 hours and it does not include the washing of dishes.
  • All of the furniture in the apartment and the utilities should be respected and used responsibly.
  • Above all else, respect of the quiet hours at night and for the neighbors must be shown. If not, this could result in the cancellation of your contract and/or reservation.
