Les presentamos este espectacular piso situado en una zona privilegiada de Barcelona, a escasos metros de la Sagrada Familia. Se trata de un inmueble de ochenta y dos metros, cuenta con tres habitaciones completamente exteriores y dos baño completo. La está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios necesarios para entrar a vivir: cocina equipada con nevera, horno, lavavajillas, también dispone de un lavadero con lavadora/secadora.
Entrando por la vivienda encontramos el pasillo que da acceso al primer baño y posteriormente las dos habitaciones. Seguidamente se halla el salón-comedor con cocina tipo office. Desde el propio salón se accede tanto a la tercera habitación doble (que es la principal, con vestidor adjunto a la habitación) así como al balcón.
El barrio: Sagrada Familia es un barrio de referencia en la ciudad condal. Céntrico y destacado por la belleza no sólo de la Basílica de la Sagrada Familia, sino también por el carácter histórico y turístico del mismo.
