This monthly rental apartment in Poblenou offers a spacious and bright day area. The living-dining room is furnished with a sofa, TV and a table for five, and opens onto a balcony with street views through large windows, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee outdoors.

The kitchen is independent with double access, both from the hallway and the living room. It is equipped with essential appliances —oven, fridge and utensils— and also has a table with four chairs, ideal for casual meals.

The night area consists of three exterior and bright bedrooms. The main one is an en-suite double with built-in wardrobes and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The neighborhood also hosts universities and business schools such as Universitat Pompeu Fabra campus and BAU, as well as office areas in the 22@ tech district. Shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants and a wide range of services are also within easy reach.
