This apartment has a bright living-dining room with access to a balcony, from which you can enjoy views of the city. The living room has a sofa, dining area, and closets. Nearby is the separate kitchen with gas stove, which includes a work area and storage space, as well as access to a separate laundry room.

The sleeping area consists of two very bright double bedrooms; the master bedroom has large wooden wardrobes, offering ample storage space, and the second bedroom enjoys views of Montjuïc mountain. The bathroom is complete and has a bathtub.

In the surrounding area, you will find shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Public transportation is excellent, with the Foneria metro station 8 minutes away and Ciutat de la Justícia 9 minutes away, allowing for quick connections to the rest of the city.
