This charming 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Carrer de Salva, in Poble Sec, is 50 m² and comes with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The exterior property has been beautifully renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area which opens out onto a small balcony.
The apartment is located in a lovely part of Barcelona, surrounded by tapas bars, restaurants, and shops. Beautiful Montjuïc is located nearby, and lively El Raval and the charming historical city centre are also within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped with modern appliances.
- The balcony is furnished with a table and 2 chairs, and overlooks a courtyard.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- It is a beautiful 30 minute up hill walk to the Montjuïc Castle.
- You will find a concert hall, cinema, theatres, and art galleries within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no heating in the apartment.
- There was no washing machine at the time of our visit, but the landlady will provide one.

YOU NEED PROOF OF TEMPORARY STAY TO BE ACCEPTED. Only temporal stays are allowed, up to 11 months, and with no possibility of extension.

If your booking is for two months or less, the full amount of the stay must be paid before check in.

- Bills:

- Check-in/out hours:

- If the check in is after working hours or on weekends an agent will be sent to the apartment with keys. A late check in fee of 25 euros to be paid in cash for check ins after 9pm, and 40 euros after 11pm. NO CHECKINGS AFTER 12AM.
- Keys:
- Each tenant in the contract will receive one set of keys. Anyone who is not in the contract will not receive keys of the apartment
- Payment:
- You have 3 options to pay the balance:
- Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm, maximum 1500€ per person)
- Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments)
- Bank transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day
- For contracts starting on or after the 16th of the month, the remainder of the following month's rent must be paid to the landlord before check-in.
- Check-out cleaning fee (this cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay): 16€ per hour + VAT and laundry 30€ + VAT per hour.
