The apartment is renovated five years ago. It is located in a neighborhood with the charm of the Barcelona of the twntyth century. It is close to all kinds of services, both commercial and essential. Very close to Paseo de Gracia. The flat is cozy and combines modern and traditional materials. It has all the amenities and appliances for a good comfort in the house. It is on the ground floor at street level, without disturbing the neighbors. Definitely a good choice.
