This modern 2-bedroom apartment on Avinguda Meridiana, in Encants, is beautifully decorated and opens out onto a terrace. The spacious 200 m² property spreads over 2 levels and has 2 living areas, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and 2 bathrooms.
The apartment is located right in between Plaça de les Glòries Catalanes and Metro station Encants. The Sagrada Familia is a 15-minute walk away, and there are several parks to explore nearby, including the lovely Parc del Clot.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is huge and has a stylish open plan design.
- The terrace is ideal to enjoy a drink under the stars.
- The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances.
- Both living areas are equipped with a television.
- The apartment has a convenient location, close to transport, shops, and amenities.
- Glories Shopping Center is a short walk away.
