We are renting out our beautiful furnished apartment in Barcelona (Gràcia) for the summer. The apartment is very centrally located, just a few minutes from Passeig de Gràcia, while still being in a quiet pedestrian street in the charming Gràcia neighborhood – with many cafés, small shops, and lovely squares just around the corner. Apartment details: -Sleeping arrangements: one bedroom with a bed, plus a Murphy bed (fold-out wall bed) in the living room in a separate studio area with a door, so it can also be used comfortably as an additional sleeping space. -Fully equipped, furnished kitchen -Everything you need for daily living – also practical for families with a small child -Air conditioning -Cozy, homey atmosphere -Excellent connections to metro and bus Extras: A cleaner comes every two weeks; cleaning is included in the price. Period: June, July, and August. Ideal for someone who would like to spend the summer in Barcelona and is looking for a quiet, central apartment in the heart of Gràcia.
