This modern 1-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Fluvià, Poblenou, has a living area with impressive panoramic views from the 10th floor. The kitchen in the 60 m² property is fully equipped, and there is 1 bathroom with a bathtub.

The apartment is located in a well-connected area, just around the corner from Diagonal Avenue and 15 minutes from the beach. There are several parks to explore nearby, including the lovely Parc del Centre del Poblenou, and you will find shops, restaurants, and tapas bars within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
  • The AC units can also be used as heaters to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
  • The living area is stylishly furnished including a comfortable sofa and television.
  • The washing machine and dryer will allow you to take care of your laundry regardless of the weather.
  • The bedroom has a big built-in wardrobe.
  • You can walk to the beach!
