• The purpose of the temporary rental must be stated in the contract and must be duly accredited (holidays, studies, medical treatment, work needs, job relocation, etc.).

This beautiful and bright flat will make you feel at home. It has a particularly cosy atmosphere: the large windows in all the rooms provide the flat with natural light all year round and the combination of the furnishings and the careful design, characteristic of our flats, will give you a warm welcome to the city.

The flat has space for up to 4 people in three spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed, TV and wardrobe, one double with two single beds and wardrobe, and one single room with a single bed and wardrobe. Perfect for a family trip or small groups on holidays or business trips.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, coffee table and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all necessary crockery and cooking utensils. There is also an iron and ironing board.

There is a bathroom with a large shower, towels and hairdryer.

Of course, WiFi is available with high speed internet connection.

The contract to be drawn up will be a rental CONTRACT FOR USE THAN AS A DWELLING. In order to draw it up, we will ask you for:

1. Identity card or passport of all guests.

2. Address of habitual residence of the contract holder and some proof of this (utility bills, bank statements, official documents issued within the last 3 months, etc.).

3. Proof of the above-mentioned purpose of the temporary rental.

COMPULSORY DEPOSIT CALCULATION: (Agreed rental amount x months rent / 12 months) x 2.

CLEANING: A fortnightly cleaning is included in the price, with change of sheets and towels.

SUPPLIES: Utilities are included in the price (water, electricity, wifi).

LOUDNESS: It is very important to respect the noise level (loud talking, loud music) during the stay, especially at night after 22:00. Parties and gatherings are strictly PROHIBITED. Neighbours may call the POLICE if their rest is disturbed. In case of serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect and without refund of the deposit.

AC: Please note that air conditioning is only available in the living room. In the bedrooms there are fans.

NB. After the booking is confirmed, you will be contacted directly by Spotahome's local partner managing the property. The admin fee, utilities, and condominium fees (if these are not included in the amount already paid on Spotahome) must be paid within 48 working hours from the confirmation of the request to the partner. The security deposit must be paid within 7 working days from the booking confirmation. You will also receive instructions on how to proceed with signing the contract.
