This is a home I truly love — a space I’ve carefully created and live in myself. It’s filled with personal details, warmth, and everything needed for comfortable daily living.
Living here feels like experiencing authentic Barcelona life in one of the most charming and quiet streets of Poble-sec.
The apartment offers a bright and open layout with high ceilings, original hydraulic floors, wooden beams, and a fully renovated modern bathroom.
The sunny open kitchen connects directly to the terrace, creating a beautiful indoor-outdoor flow that makes the space feel very open and livable throughout the day.
The bedroom is spacious and calm, with built-in wardrobes and plenty of storage. The living room faces the quieter side of the building, making it very peaceful, and the apartment stays naturally cool in summer thanks to cross ventilation — even without air conditioning.
The street is tree-lined, quiet, and very local, while still being well connected to public transport, cafés, and daily amenities.
This is not a tourist apartment, but a real private home with personality. I would be happy if someone who stays here truly enjoys and respects the space as much as I have.
