This property requires a refundable security deposit, requested separately at booking. This amount includes (i) the statutory/legal deposit required under Spain's Urban Leases Act (Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos) and the Catalan deposit rules (Law 13/1996 and Decree 147/1997), up to two (2) month rents — prorated if the contract lasts less than one year — which the landlord deposits with INCASÒL, plus (ii) an additional guarantee to ensure the proper fulfillment of the obligations arising from the Contract.
