It is located in the very heart of Ciutat Vella. The studio features an open-plan design where the bed, living-dining area and kitchen are combined into a single space. The living area includes a comfortable sofa and a dining table for two guests. Separated by a glass partition is the cozy double bed, complete with bed linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential utensils and cutlery you will need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven and microwave. The bathroom includes everything necessary for your comfort, such as clean towels and complimentary toiletries. To complete the booking, it is essential to sign a temporary rental contract and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive the contract to sign. Without a signed contract, the reservation will be cancelled with no right to a refund.
