Ofice completamente equipado uso exclusivo alquiler temporal obligatorio acreditar temporalidad con matricula de estudios, contrato trabajo, intervención medica, etc. A 10 minutos andandado a la estacion de Rubi de ferrocarriles catalanes dicha estación esta a 35 minutos de Barcelona centro y a 4 estaciones de la Universidad UAB, a 5 minutos de Sant Cugat del valles. Hay supermercados a 1 minuto caminado y otro a 5 minutos caminado. Tenemos unos grandes almacenes a 12 minutos caminado y el Hospital General de Catalunya a 10 minutos caminado. Este inmueble esta en zona tensionada.
