El estudio cuenta con cocina y baño totalmente equipados. Se encuentra en una zona muy agradable, cerca del Born, desde donde se puede ir andando a los principales lugares turísticos. El Museo Picasso, el Arco del Triunfo y el parque de la Ciutadella están muy cerca. Fácil acceso a la iglesia de la Sagrada Familia. No tiene ventanas, sino una claraboya, como se ve en las fotos. Lavadora y secadora de uso común en el edificio sin coste extra. Posibilidad de parking con coste extra.
