It has both heating and A.A for your comfort, even though the flat is not very cold during the winter. This bright 2-bedroom apartment on Avinguda Meridiana, in Nou Barris, is a cozy space, complete with a balcony and a newly refurbished fully equipped kitchen. In the living area, relax and watch TV from the couch, or enjoy a meal before unwinding in either of the vibrant bedrooms. This 58m² property has A/C, a washing machine, and a well-lit bathroom with standing shower.

Located in on the border of Sant Andreu and Nou Barris, you are within 5 minutes of countless restaurants and a supermarket. La Maquinista shopping centre is just a 15 minute bus ride away; the nearest metro is just an 8-minute walk away. There are plenty of parks and recreational spaces just down the street.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has beautiful original flooring typical of Barcelona.
  • The laundry room is separate from the main apartment and connected to the patio, reducing noise and increasing convenience for hanging your clothes out on the patio.
  • The apartment is stylishly furnished with vibrant and classical accents, keeping the ambiance airy but cozy.
  • The location is in between 2 metro stations and plenty of bus stops, so you can still enjoy the sights of Barcelona without living in the hectic city.
