This modern 3-bedroom apartment on Carrer d'Aragó in Sant Marti is 100 m² and has a gorgeous living area that opens out onto a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook, and there is 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet room.

The apartment is centrally located. A 5-minute walk will take you to a supermarket, restaurants, a gym and a post office. Beautiful Parc del Clot park is located nearby, ideal to explore when the weather is good.

What we liked the most

  • The location is very central and close to public transport routes.
  • The living area is stylishly furnished including a comfortable sofa and dining set, perfect for entertaining.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, microwave and dishwasher.
  • The balcony off the living room has a small table and 3 chairs for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air.
  • One of the bedrooms opens onto a second balcony with views of the street below.
  • There is plenty of storage throughout, with cupboards in the entry-way, living room and bathroom.

Things to keep in mind

  • There isn't a dryer, however there is plenty of space for a clothes rack.
