A charming 3-bedroom apartment with a balcony and AC available to rent super close to Paral·lel Metro. The apartment has a lovely living room with TV and a comfy sofa where the tenants can relax and enjoy, or sit down to a delicious meal at the dining table. The kitchen has all the essentials including an oven, a stove, microwave and it even has an orange juicer.

All 3 bedrooms are spacious, and each is well-furnished with either a double bed, twin beds, or a sofa-bed. In the bathroom, you'll find a big shower with lovely tiling. On the balcony of Bedroom 2, you'll also find a dryer.

You'll be living in Av. Paralel - Sant Antoni, 1 of Barcelona's most central and well-connected neighborhoods. You'll never be bored here, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, tapas bars and shops all over the area. And, with a Metro station right outside the property, you'll never be far from all the fun in Barcelona!

What we liked the most

  • A Metro station is right outside the property.
  • AC is installed-- no suffering through hot summers here!

Things to keep in mind

  • If you want to rent only for the summer months (July, August, September), the rent will be 1200 EUR / month.
