This attractive 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Carrer del Rosselló is located in L'Hospitalet, Barcelona. The building is older, so there isn’t an elevator. The cozy apartment has a modern decor, though. The equipped kitchen is open to the living area. One of the double bedrooms has a balcony. And the toilet and shower are located on either end of another enclosed balcony.
L'Hospitalet de Llobregat is just southwest of the city center. The neighborhood bustles with tapas bars, cafés, shops, and boutiques. You’re 20 minutes away from Gran Vía 2 Shopping Center and a 5-minute walk away from Mercat de Collblanc. You're also close to a couple of theaters.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has air conditioning.
- The toilet is separate from the shower.
- One bedroom has a lovely balcony.
- The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine.

If your booking is for two months or less, the full amount of the stay must be paid before check in.

- If the check in is after working hours or on weekends an agent will be sent to the apartment with keys. A late check in fee of 25 euros to be paid in cash for check ins after 9pm, and 40 euros after 11pm. NO CHECKINGS AFTER 12AM.
- Keys:
- Each tenant in the contract will receive one set of keys. Anyone who is not in the contract will not receive keys of the apartment
- Payment:
- You have 3 options to pay the balance:
- Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm, maximum 1500€ per person)
- Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments)
- Bank transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day
- For contracts starting on or after the 16th of the month, the remainder of the following month's rent must be paid to the landlord before check-in.
- Check-out cleaning fee (this cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay): 16€ per hour + VAT and laundry 30€ + VAT per hour.
