This stylish 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer De Càceres, in Sants, is beautifully decorated and modern. The 47 m² property comes equipped with AC and has 1 bathroom and a comfortable open plan kitchen and living area.

The apartment is located right by the lively Mercat de Sants, an ideal spot to stock up on fresh produce and try some local delicacies. You will also find shops, restaurants and the Metro within a 5-minute walk, and the mighty Camp Nou, home to Barcelona FC, is also in the area.

What we liked the most

  • The living area is furnished with a dining table, television and sofa, creating a cosy space to relax at the end of the day.
  • The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher.
  • The bathroom is beautifully tiled, and has a modern shower, window, and storage space.
  • The apartment is in a nice residential area, only 2 public transport spots away from the city centre.
  • The lovely Parc de l'Espanya Industrial is located nearby, home to a lake, trees and a some beautiful spots to enjoy a picnic.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no microwave in the the kitchen.
  • There are no wardrobes in the bedrooms, but you will have built-in closets in the hallway.
  • Bedroom 2 does not have any exterior windows. The only window overlooks the hallway.
