This 90m2, 2-bedroom apartment is on Passeig del Born, in El Born, and located on the 1st floor. The double bedroom doesn’t get a lot of light, which means you’ll get plenty of sleep! There is a spacious living room, with an attached mezzanine bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The property also features a wonderful terrace facing the gorgeous 14th century Santa María del Pilar church and the Paseo del Born.

El Born is a downtown neighborhood filled with restaurants, bars, and things to keep you busy. Your new home is close to Ciutadella Park and the Barcelona Zoo, two of Barcelona's best known tourist attractions. The beach is a pleasant 20-minute walk away. And the Santa Caterina Market, Picasso Museum, the Chocolate Museum and Antic theater are nearby, too. This property is located within 20-minute walk to the iconic Sagrada Familia and other famous spots.
