La casita son unos bajos del siglo pasado,antigua, y totalmente amueblada para entrar a vivir. Posee una habitación en la entrada con una cama de una plaza. El segundo ambiente es un loft con la cama de dos plazas, mesas, sillas, armario, etc .Con la salida a un patio de uso exclusivo por parte del inquilino. La pequeña cocina está separada, e incluye una nevera a estrenar, microondas, vajilla completa, etc. El barrio se llama el Putget y es súper bonito, tranquilo pese a qué está en pleno Barcelona. El parque del Putget se encuentra a dos calles, es un pulmón verde!!! No se aceptan ningún tipo de mascotas. El alquiler mínimo es de siete
