This gorgeous 3-bedroom apartment to rent on Carrer de Mallorca is located in La Dreta de l'Eixample. One double bedroom has direct access to a private and quiet internal terrace. The other double bedroom has a big, open closet, and there is a bedroom with single bunks, too. The modern living and dining room has a TV and AC. There are 2 bathrooms, and the equipped kitchen has a bar table with stools. There is also a laundry room in the apartment.

La Dreta de l'Eixample is a central neighborhood. Your new home is located close to La Sagrada Familia and near the Gaudi Theater. The Mercat Fira de Bellcaire Els Encants flea market is a 15-minute walk away. Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find a cinema and supermarket. Express markets are closer, and there are plenty of cafés, bars, and restaurants.
