This 3-bedroom property comes with AC installed and as well as a balcony for you to enjoy. The living room is comfortable and comes with a large TV while the bedrooms are cosy and have plenty of storage.

L’Eixample Esquerra is a beautiful and friendly neighbourhood, located close to the city-centre and home to various university campuses such as the Universitat de Barcelona, lending the area a lively and youthful vibe. It has a range of bars and restaurants to suit every taste and budget.

What we liked the most

  • AC will be a welcome addition during the hot summer months.
  • The balcony, complete with a small table and chairs, is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.
  • A dishwasher will save you time on doing dishes by hand.
  • This neighbourhood is ideal for students looking to be close to campus.
  • Nearby you will find a pizza restaurant, Mexican restaurant and a Basque restaurant - what more could you want!

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no machine dryer in this property but a clothes rack should do the trick.

WE ONLY ACCEPT STUDENTS WITH RETURN FLIGHT TICKET.

YOU NEED PROOF OF TEMPORARY STAY TO BE ACCEPTED. Only temporal stays are allowed, up to 11 months, and with no possibility of extension.

LL DOES NOT ACCEPT RESIDENTS OF BARCELONA AS TENANTS.

If your booking is for two months or less, the full amount of the stay must be paid before check in.

  • The landlord needs proof to justify the temporary stay.
  • Deposit:
    • Up to 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is one monthly rent month
    • More than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two monthly rent
  • Contracts:
    • Contracts will be sent to each tenant and guarantor’s email. The contracts should be digitally signed by everyone mentioned in the contract, including guarantor
    • Contract should be fully signed before checking in
  • Documentation required:
    • ID / Passport
    • Work Contract
    • University Acceptance letter (if applicable)
    • Recent paychecks / Tax declaration
  • Check-in/out hours:
    • Check-in: tenants to arrive at the landlord's office with a valid ID between Monday to Friday 10am to 17pm to collect keys
    • There is no check-in outside of office hours, at weekends or on public holidays.
  • Keys:
    • Each tenant in the contract will receive one set of keys. Anyone who is not in the contract will not receive keys of the apartment
  • Payment:
    • You have 3 options to pay the balance:
    • Cash (maximum 1500€ per person)
    • Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 17pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments)
    • Bank transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day
    • For contracts starting on or after the 16th of the month, the remainder of the following month's rent must be paid to the landlord before check-in.
