SERVICED APARTMENT MEMBERSHIP
This rental offer includes access to a Serviced Apartment Membership, which forms an integral part of the overall service structure associated with the tenancy.
Scope of Services
The Service Membership includes the provision of the following services:
Contract management and execution: Preparation and issuance of the rental agreement in Catalan or Spanish, according to the tenant’s preference, together with a translated version for informational purposes. Digital signature infrastructure enabling secure execution of the agreement prior to check-in.
Multilingual administrative support: Ongoing communication and assistance in Spanish, English, or the tenant’s preferred language, with Catalan or Spanish remaining the contractual reference language.
Communication coordination: Provision of a dedicated communication channel for the management of non-urgent matters during the tenancy (available daily between 09:00 and 21:00).
Inventory documentation system: Creation and maintenance of a digital inventory, including photographic records, documenting the condition of the property and its contents at check-in and check-out.
Initial tenancy setup: Preparation of the property at the commencement of the tenancy, including provision of bed linen and towels, and activation of internet connection where applicable.
Security coordination: Where available, management and coordination relating to installed alarm systems and assistance in the event of security-related incidents.
Utility administration: Administrative management of utility services where applicable, including calculation and allocation of consumption based on invoices, meter readings, or agreed methodologies.
Deposit process administration: Administrative guidance regarding the deposit return process, including provision of relevant information in the tenant’s language (excluding legal advisory services).
Ongoing tenancy support: General administrative and coordination support in relation to practical matters arising during the tenancy.
Legal Nature of the Service
The Service Membership: Constitutes a service agreement separate from the rental contract Covers administrative, coordination, and digital support services only Does not include hospitality, cleaning, or touristic services Is provided and invoiced independently and is not received by the property owner Does not alter the legal classification or nature of the rental agreement The Service Membership reflects the cost of the operational, administrative, and digital infrastructure required to support the tenancy and is not part of the rental price of the property. The membership applies for the full duration of the contract.

You will pay rent for each calendar month of your booking, including the month you move in and the month you move out.
YOU NEED PROOF OF TEMPORARY STAY TO BE ACCEPTED. Only temporal stays are allowed, up to 11 months, and with no possibility of extension. LL DOES NOT ACCEPT RESIDENTS OF BARCELONA AS TENANTS. If your booking is for two months or less, the full amount of the stay must be paid before check in. - For contracts starting on or after the 16th of the month, the remainder of the following month's rent must be paid to the landlord before check-in.
