This 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer Del Bou De Sant Pere, in El Born, covers an area of 52 m² and opens out onto a balcony. The interior property comes equipped with gas heating and has a fully equipped kitchen. There is also 1 tidy tiled bathroom with a bathtub.

The apartment enjoys an excellent central location, 8 minutes from Plaça de Catalunya and a short walk from Ciutadella Park. You will find an excellent selection of restaurants and bars nearby, and the Metro stops 4 minutes away to take you around the city.

What we liked the most

  • The balcony is nicely presented, with a shade and pot plants, creating a cosy space to relax outdoors.
  • Bedroom 1 has good storage space.
  • There is a small laundry area off the kitchen with a washing machine.
  • You can walk to the gorgeous Barceloneta beach in 25 minutes.
  • The lively Santa Caterina Market is just down the road, and is the perfect place to try some local delicacies.

Things to keep in mind

  • The living area is not furnished, but the bedrooms are.
  • Bedroom 2 is furnished with a sofa bed.
