This is a charming 3rd floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer de la Volta dels Jueus, Barcelona. It has a fashionable open-plan kitchen and living, a retro-chic decor, and AC for the summer months.

This apartment is ideal if you want to soak up that Barça city life. Start with an artisanal beer at the Ale&Hop, it's practically next door. No smokers sorry, but you can bring a pet.

    Landlord policies

    1. Only leisure bookings in Barcelona: We will only accept bookings for people visiting Barcelona for leisure purposes, i.e. holidays. Please make sure to remove any reference to students, internships, digital nomads, etc. from our ads. We will not be able to accept bookings that are not specifically for holidays.

    2. Prepayment of the entire stay: As our properties will be considered for holiday use, we will require a prepayment of the entire stay to be made prior to check-in. This is a necessary measure to comply with the requirements of the new law and to ensure a smooth stay for our guests.

    • Deposit:
      • Up to 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is one monthly rent month
      • More than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two monthly rent
    • Bills:
      • The bills mentioned in the listing are an estimate, at the end of your tenancy you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or returned to you
    • Contracts:
      • Contracts will be sent to each tenant and guarantor’s email. The contracts should be digitally signed by everyone mentioned in the contract, including guarantor
      • Contract should be fully signed before checking in

      • ID / Passport

      • University Acceptance letter (if applicable)
      • Recent paychecks / Tax declaration
    • Check-in/out hours:
      • Check-in: tenants to arrive at the landlord's office with a valid ID between Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm to collect keys
      • If the check in is after working hours or on weekends an agent will be sent to the apartment with keys. A late check in fee of 25 euros to be paid in cash for check ins after 9pm, and 40 euros after 11pm. NO CHECKINGS AFTER 12AM.
    • Keys:
      • Each tenant in the contract will receive one set of keys. Anyone who is not in the contract will not receive keys of the apartment
    • Payment:
      • You have 3 options to pay the balance:
      • Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm)
      • Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments)
      • Bank transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day
    • Check-out cleaning fee (this cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay):16€ per hour + VAT and laundry 30€ + VAT per hour.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
    Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
    If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
