Sunny new duplex with big terrace and 2 bedrooms. One double bedroom (Queen Size) with balcony. There is another bedroom with a double bed (King size) and a sofa bed (1m50) for 2 persons. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all what you need. Living room for 6 persons. There are 2 bathrooms , one bathroom on each floor.

  • This duplex offers a cosy little terrace, the perfect spot to sit and relax after a long day.

What we liked the most

  • Fully equipped terrace to take the sun and have a nice dinner for 6 person
  • The duplex has been renewed in June 2019
  • There is A/C in all the rooms
  • Heater, vacuum cleaner, wardrobe, night table, desk to study. Fully equipped kitchen. Sheets and towels provided. Washing machine, Oven, microwave,

Things to keep in mind

  • Animals are not accepted and it is only allowed to smoke on the terrace.
  • Water gas and electricity cost 150 €/month. Agency fees not included.
  • Deposit / has to be paid cash by arrival and it will be given back to you the day of departure.
