We think so. A large leather sofa. An exposed brick breakfast bar. There’s a lot to love about this self-contained unit. And don’t forget, the beach is a 5-minute walk away. Score!

You get to live in a residential street in the hipster town of Poblenou. You’re really close the Poblenou’s Rambla here – it’s like the famous one but with less tourists.

We think this studio would suit a professionals who loves the European lifestyle, but doesn’t want to be amongst Barcelona’s central tourist area.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • The beach. Need I say more?
  • You’ll be near Poblenou’s tree- and restaurant-lined Rambla. Perfect for eating outside on sunny days.
  • The designer maroon red seats at the kitchen bar match the red cabinets. Very cool.

But you need to know this...

  • Students aren't allowed. And you can see the sofa from the bed and the kitchen, too. It’s really self-contained. At least there’s no chance of getting lost.
