What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Fully renovated flat with frontal sea views in Diagonal Mar. Close to the beach and very well connected by bus and Metro (Selvo De Mar) which brings you in a few stops to Pl. Jaume. Diagonal Park in front and Diagonal Shopping Centre on the corner. We think it's the ideal location in Barcelona as you are outside the busy and noisy tourist area yet still central. The view is fantastic and we never got bored with it. Beautiful sea views during the day and Central Park type skyscraper views in the night. We never need to use airco as there is always a breeze if you leave front and back windows open (you have windows front and back)

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
