What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Fully renovated flat on seventh floor allowing stunning frontal sea views in Diagonal Mar. Close to the beach and very well connected by bus and Metro (Selvo De Mar) which brings you in a few stops to Pl. Jaume. Diagonal Park in front and Diagonal Shopping Centre on the corner. We think it's the ideal location in Barcelona as you are outside the busy and noisy tourist area yet still in a central very well connected location. The view is fantastic and we never got bored with it. Beautiful sea views during the day and Central Park type skyscraper views in the night. We never need to use airco as there is always a breeze if you leave front and back windows open (you have windows front and back). Beautiful terrace in front plus lounger terrace. The beach is only a few min walk in front of you. Living here you will be able to enjoy the full Barcelona experience. This is a residential building in a very safe area with local residents and where you can enjoy the true Spanish lifestyle where you see residents come down from the apartment and enjoy their first coffee in the bar below and a beer and some tapas later. It's a lifestyle you do not see anymore in Western Europe.
