Es la ubicacion perfecta y el mejor apartamento, con su soleada terraza en pleno centro de la ciudad. A la renta base mensual anunciada de acuerdo con el indice oficial de precios de la vivienda, hay que sumarle los gastos de luz, agua, gas, internet y limpieza final. El barrio de Gracia es de los más auténticos de la ciudad, así que no se me ocurre ningún sitio mejor para alojarte durante tu visita. Gracias
