  • Fees to pay before check in:
    • Deposit: If your stay is between 1 and 5 months, the deposit is equal to one and a half month's rent. If your stay is between 6 and 11 months, the deposit is equal to 2 months rent.
    • Admin Fee: 1 month's rent + 21% VAT + contract fee, payable to landlord, one time payment (mandatory).
    • Cleaning service: An exit cleaning fee is mandatory and depends on the apartment. The amount can range from €100 to €200 + 21% VAT, depending on the square metres of the flat. This needs to be paid before check in.
    • Bills: The bills will be charged in advance each month. At check in, the first month´s bills are due. If the consumption exceeds the amount paid, the excess will be charged when finalizing the contract
    • Contract preparation fee: one-time mandatory payment, depending on the apartment. Included in the admin fee value.
  • Special conditions:
    • Bookings of 6 months or more: domiciliation possible
    • Bookings of 11 months or less: The total amount of bills will be calculated at the end of the contract, the difference will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.
