El piso ha sido reformado en 2019. Se ha conservado el estilo del siglo 18 con suelo de azulejos. Ofrece un ascensor con llave para llegar a su piso. El barrio es muy tranquilo y la ubicación del apartamento es muy agradable. A unos pasos se encuentra el mercado de Santa Catalina, ofrece a diario productos frescos carne, pescado y verdura asi como platos combinados. Bajando la Calle Laïtana se llega al Puerto de Barcelona y a la playa. El metro Jaulme esta cerca. Les deseamos una feliz estancia y estamos a su disposición si necesita mas informaciones. El dormitorio ofrece una cama matrimonial y el sofá del salón es convertible.

It's a perfect location for those wishing to live close to Parc de la Ciutadella and in the midst of plenty of museums and lots of transportation. This exterior apartment is beautifully decorated throughout, featuring modern furniture in its bathroom, bedroom, living area and the fully equipped kitchen. You will also have air conditioning, a satellite television and a small balcony overlooking the quiet street. And as a bonus point, La Barceloneta beach is just a 15 minute walk away!

What we liked the most

  • To make your life just a tiny bit easier, you will have a dryer as well as the dishwasher and air conditioning.
  • The location of this apartment couldn't be more perfect - you will be situated in El Born and around plenty of museums and just a few minutes away from the beach and Parc de la Ciutadella.
  • Every room in the apartment is modernly furnished and very cosy - perfect for those wishing to live in true style.
  • We really like the funky green colour of the bathroom sink and the heating rack for your towels.
  • The apartment is beautifully decorated with carpets, coloured walls and wooden ceilings which create a warm and friendly atmosphere.
