Prior to final confirmation, we will request the following documents: Valid passport or ID document. Travel itinerary or transport tickets clearly showing entry and exit dates. Document proving sabbatical leave, unpaid leave, or sick leave (if applicable). Valid tourist visa (for non-EU residents, when required for stays of up to three months). Certificate of residence registration or document proving habitual residence in the city/country of origin. Recent bank statements demonstrating sufficient funds to cover the stay. Signed declaration by the guest (we will send it to you for completion and signature) expressly stating that the use of the apartment will be exclusively for vacation/tourist purposes
