This two-bedroom, two-bathroom interior duplex is located next to the modernist-style Palau de la Música Catalana auditorium in an exceptional location, just a 10-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, the city's main attractions.
It has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi connection.
With modern finishes, vaulted ceilings, traditional Catalan tiles, parquet floors make this flat breathe a modern and warm style.
On the ground floor we find the bedrooms and a complete bathroom with shower. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds.
On the first floor you will find a warm living room with a comfortable sofa and a dining area equipped with a flat screen TV. The kitchen is integrated in the living room with ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a bathroom.
The flat is equipped with towels and bed linen.
This flat does not have a private car park; however, there is a public car park within 200 metres of the flat.

- Admin fee:
- 1-2 months: 650€ + VAT.
- 3-5 months: 850€ + VAT.

- Our reception is located at Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 09:00 and 19:30 from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays from Monday to Friday).
- If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or on a public holiday during the week), the keys will be collected from Aribau street, from 09:00 to 19:30.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Guests are not permitted to stay overnight.
