It is an excellent option for families or students who want to share and enjoy the most touristic and emblematic places in the city.
It is located in the neighborhood of El Gótico, in the center of Las Ramblas, 5 minutes from Plaza Catalunya and the port of Barcelona. The Catalunya train station is the central point of the place and is one of the best and largest stations in Barcelona, with direct trains to the airport and other destinations outside the city. Nearby is the Liceu metro stop and Plaça Catalunya (L1 – L3) Green and Red Line), there are a number of nice restaurants in the area, as well as some bars and many shops.

Fortnightly
Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
We only accept reservations from tenants staying for leisure or holiday purposes.
This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals, as well as short-term work or study stays. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months.
You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes.
