THE TENANT CANDIDATE IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO RENT MUST UNDERTAKE to provide, within 48 hours of acceptance of his or her request, the documents to justify the temporary need for his or her stay in BARCELONA away from his or her permanent home and to prove his or her solvency. If these documents are not provided within 48 hours, acceptance of the rental request will be canceled. Once these documents have been provided, a rental contract will be sent to him which he must sign within 72 hours with payment at that time of the 2 months deposit and the provision of expenses for utilities for the expected length of his stay. Without signature and payment within this period, acceptance of the rental request will be canceled.
