Cute and cozy flat in the heart of Fabra i Puig (Sant Andreu). You are close to shops, restaurants and amenities with the Fabra I Puig promenade just five minutes walk away. Universities are nearby and also the beach. If you prefer the pool, you have the biggest swimming pool in Barcelona at your doorstep (Can Dragó). Flat is perfect for professionals, or students who want to share as well as for those who want to explore the city. There is a cute balcony so families with small children would not be the best match for precaution due to safety. Couples, sharers and single occupiers are welcome. Newly refurbished and fresh painted in June. New bathroom, refurbished in August. Bills include professional cleaning once per month. Late check in (after seven pm) will have an additional charge of two hundred fifty euros. Additional guest has a cost of ten euros per night after the second guest. Deposit is payable between one month and fifteen days prior to check in. Registration not available
