Spacious 1-bedroom apartment (ground floor) located in one of the best areas of Barcelona, just 3 kilometers from the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia.

The apartment has a distribution of 60 m2, has capacity for 2 people and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. You will find the master bedroom equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and TV so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest. The rest of the apartment has a living room with access to the terrace, a flat-screen TV with streaming services like Netflix, dining area, sofa bed, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a modern and integrated kitchen that contains all the necessary equipment to your stay (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, stove and more). In addition, it has a complete bathroom with shower.
