3-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Lepant, in Horta Guinardo. The fully furnished property covers an area of 70 m² and has an open plan kitchen and living area with a TV and dining table.
The apartment is in a great location, about a 10-minute walk to the La Sagrada Familia, and near the Nursing University as well as the Hospital Sant Pau. The lively and historic Centro and Gracia neighborhoods are also close by, as well as the María Cristina University. You have plenty of amenities right outside your door including shops, restaurants, banks, a gym, a cinema, grocery stores, and a 24-hour gym. You are also very well-connected to the city by bus and metro.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- Bedroom 3 has a private balcony.
- There is a washing machine and dryer to take care of your laundry.
- Julien the homechecker told us that he really loved this property.
- The apartment is located right by beautiful Jardins del Príncep de Girona park.
- This area is nice and quiet.
