When will I be charged?
You won’t be charged when you send a booking request. You provide your payment details, but you’re only charged if the landlord accepts your request.
How does the booking request work?
When you send a booking request, the landlord has up to 24 hours to accept or decline it. If accepted, your booking is confirmed and you’ll be charged. If not, you won’t be charged and can try another property.
Can I send multiple requests?
Yes. You can send multiple booking requests to increase your chances. Once one is accepted, the others are automatically cancelled.
What documents do I need?
You may be asked to provide documents such as your ID or passport, proof of solvency, and possibly set up a direct debit.
Can I cancel?
Before the landlord accepts: free cancellation.
After acceptance: cancellation depends on timing (full refund, partial refund, or non-refundable depending on how close to move-in date).

Is the deposit protected?
