This fantastic flat is located in the very heart of the city, in the lively and exciting Gothic Quarter. The flat is 95m², and is located on the third floor with lift. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is rented as a whole, not per room. It hosts a variety of interior and exterior rooms

The location is unbeatable. This flat is right next to great nightlife, great shopping and some great tourist attractions. You can walk through this neighbourhood a hundred times and see something new and interesting each time.

What we liked the most

  • This flat comes with lots of extras. Two of the rooms have pull out beds, great for when guests visit, the exterior rooms and living room have double glazing so the flat is very quiet despite its location and the flat has a clothes dryer, something not common in Spain.
  • The flat has a large and comfortable kitchen/living room which will be a great social space.

Things to keep in mind

  • The streets are narrow in this neighbourhood so less light reaches inside the flat than on a typical street. In particular the two rooms without balconies will have less light.
  • This is a lively neighbourhood with lots of tourists. However, the two exterior rooms have double glazing, which when closed will block out the noise and the interior rooms will be quiet.
