This interior 40 sqm apartment is situated in Valdonzellas street, in the district of Ciutat Vella. Four minutes by foot will take you to the iconic Plaza Catalunya, which is Barcelona's most famous square, surrounded by bars, shops, hotels and restaurants. This is also one of the city's main transport hubs, with access to several metro lines, suburban trains and buses. The Universitat de Barcelona is also a short walk away, making this a perfect home for students looking to be close to the university and within easy reach of public transport to explore the city and beyond.

What we liked the most

  • This home is warm and cozy, with polished wooden floors and equipped with modern furniture and appliances. You will feel right at home as soon as you walk past the front door.
  • There is a sofa bed in the living area, perfect for welcoming guests.
  • The apartment is accessed via a charming and tranquil shared patio, which is beautifully decorated with lovely pot plants.

Things to keep in mind

    Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    • ID or Passport
      Identification document (ID card or passport)
    • Proof of solvency
      Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
