A tranquil one bedroom apartment with one bathroom, which has been refurnished to a very high standard. This interior apartment enjoys of an unbeatable location in Valdonzellas street, in the district of Ciutat Vella, a short walk away from the Universitat de Barcelona and Plaza Catalunya, one of the most important landmarks in the city as well as being a main transport hub. The total floor area is 40 sqm.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has been recently renovated and offers a very comfortable and clean living environment.
  • The bedroom has two beds put together, so you can separate them to create twin beds, and there is also a sofa bed in the living area.
  • There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a great selection of high quality appliances, and a brand new bathroom which is accessed via the bedroom.
  • The apartment is accessed via a beautiful outdoor shared patio.

Things to keep in mind

  • The owner of this apartment owns another almost identical apartment on this building, which is the one shown on this video and photos. The only difference between the two is that this apartment has a high bar table by the kitchen, rather than a dining table. Everything else is exactly the same.

    The English speaking landlord doesn't live on the property and requires one month rent as a deposit. . Rent can be paid by cash, bank transfer or credit card. There will be a last-cleaning fee of 50€ during the check-out.
