This exterior flat has been carefully renovated to create a modern living environment while maintaining the beautiful historical features of the building. It enjoys of a fantastic central location in Ocells street, in the neighborhood of El Borne, an off-beat and trendy area of Barcelona considered one of the most magical places in the city. This apartment is only minutes away from stunning Ciutadella Park, which extends over 70 acres and hosts the Parliament of Catalonia, the city's zoo, a lake, museums, fountains and sculptures.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has been renovated to a very high standard and offers a very clean and comfortable living space.
  • There is a double bedroom as well as a single room, making it a great option for small families.
