A spotless two bedroom apartment offering one bathroom, an open plan kitchen and living area, and a spacious balcony overlooking a courtyard. This exterior home is brand new, and will be pleasant and cozy all year-round, with central air-conditioning and natural gas heaters on every room. It is located on Prats de Mollo, a gorgeous street in the upscale neighborhood of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. This elegant neighborhood is considered one of the best areas to live in Barcelona, and it is very well-communicated, allowing you to get to other areas of the city with ease.

What we liked the most

  • There is one large balcony which can be accessed from bedroom 1 and the living area. It is furnished with a table with two chairs, allowing you to have breakfast or a drink outdoors.
  • This apartment is a good option for families, with one double room and a twin room featuring a single bed with another bed underneath.
  • The living area is snug and intimate, decorated using an earth tone colour scheme.
  • The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped. It is beautifully presented, with the fridge, the washing machine and the dishwasher hidden behind wooden doors, creating a polished look.

Things to keep in mind

  • The bathroom is accessed via the kitchen.
  • There is no dining table in the apartment, but there are some stools by the kitchen bench where you could have your meals.

    How to book
