This three bedroom, two bathroom apartment ticks all the right boxes, being a comfortable, stylish and well equipped home in a great neighborhood. This spacious home has three floors. As you step into the house, you will find the living area and the kitchen, down the stairs are the three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and on the top floor there is a large private terrace. Located on Ballester street, in the elegant neighborhood of Gràcia, this apartment is located within walking distance to the town centre, while being away from the tourist crowds. With one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, this apartment is a great option for families.

What we liked the most

  • The nicest feature of this house is the sunny terrace, which is private and fully fenced.
  • The cozy living area is a great room to relax at the end of the day, and has a balcony equipped with a small table with two chairs.
  • Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom, being the largest one in the house, equipped with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and a nice balcony with gorgeous street views.
  • There is good storage space throughout the home, with every bedroom having its own wardrobe, and a kitchen featuring several cabinets to store food items.
  • There is a desk with a chair in the downstairs hallway, where you could set up a home office or a study area.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 2 and 3 are small, but both have single beds with another roll out bed underneath which can be put away when not in use to free up some space.
